The idea

I coach from inside the portfolio career.
I have spent my working life wearing several hats at once: performer, educator, scholar, filmmaker. Many Hats grew out of the thing I kept doing for friends and students anyway, which was helping them make sense of a working life that pulls in several directions and refuses one tidy title.
I am not coaching you toward a single lane. I am helping you make the range coherent, so the variety becomes a strength you can name, schedule, and sustain.
